Director Rajamouli’s latest experimental movie 'Eega' shooting is currently progressing at Hyderabad. Rajamouli making this movie in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously. Now the latest news is that Tamil version of the movie has titled as 'Naan Ee'. Movie is mostly based on Visual Effects and most of it is being shot in Blue Mat and that is the reason the shooting is going at slow pace.

Nani and Samantha are playing the lead pair and Sudeep is the antagonist in Eega. A housefly (eega) is playing the title role in it. In this film the protagonist dies in the hands of villain and will be reborn as housefly. How does he avenges his death is the concept of this film.

The movie is made on a whopping budget of 22 Crores in which 5 crores were being spent on Visual Effects, Eega is presented by Suresh Babu and produced by Korrapati Sai and music is by MM Keervani and cinematography by Senthil Kumar
